FEES & TERMS
Sponsorship Payments:
Once you select the sponsorship level that works best for you, we will invoice for 50% of the payment, which is non-refundable unless the event is canceled. The 50% balance will be invoiced on July 1, 2025, and due on receipt.
Promotion & Marketing:
We will be actively promoting the event throughout the year and encourage sponsors to do the same. Marketing materials can be shared upon request.
